- Patients can register complaints for service improvements.
- Complaints acknowledged and resolved within 10 working days.
- Suggestion/Complaint boxes at Casualty, Reception, and OPD Blocks.
- Public Grievance Committee addresses unresolved issues.
User Responsibilities
- Maintain hospital hygiene and avoid inconveniencing other patients.
- Use hospital facilities with care; No Smoking Zone.
- Refrain from demanding undue favors from staff.
- Beware of touts and unauthorized agents.
